We've reserved room blocks at reduced wedding rates for our guests at three luxury boutique properties in Palm Springs. Shuttles service to/from events at the Villa Royale on Friday Saturday will be provided at The Triada/Movie Colony (sister hotels, just steps away from each other) and Little Paradise. All hotel room blocks close on Friday, October 8th at 5pm PT.

We’re closely following state and federal health guidelines for COVID-19, and have taken deliberate steps to create an environment that is optimized for your safety so you can dance, socialize, and celebrate with peace of mind.
VACCINATION
REQUIRED
We are asking all of our guests to be fully vaccinated to ensure a safe experience for everyone. Please bring proof of vaccination to the Villa Royale.

All of the weekends events will take place outdoors in large, open spaces to further mitigate risk of transmission.
PRIVATE
HOTEL
The Villa Royale has been privatized for the weekend and is exclusive to our guests. This allows us to create a controlled 'bubble' of fully vaccinated friends and family.
STAFF
VACCINATION
We have confirmed that all vendors and service staff are fully vaccinated. In addition, any staff that interface with our guests will wear masks.
FAQs
What should I wear?
Dress to impress! We encourage fun colors and patterns for Palm Springs. Early November in PS is typically warm during the day, but please be prepared for cooler temperatures after sundown.
He should wear: A suit and tie.
She should wear: Long dress, cocktail dress, dressy suit or jumpsuit. Please note, the ceremony and reception are on a grass lawn, so shoes with a wedge or block heel are recommended.

The Villa Royale will be fully private to our group from 4pm Friday to 11am Sunday - so no matter where you're booked, we welcome all of our guests to join us anytime at the VR!
How do I get to the venue?
Villa Royale is 6 minutes from the PS Airport and located at 1620 S Indian Trail. We recommend Uber/Lyft for convenient transportation. Shuttles for the Welcome Party and Wedding will be provided to/from The Triada and Little Paradise hotels and can be picked up outside the front lobby entrances.
Shuttle Schedule:

Friday starting at 4:30pm (1st pickup @ Triada) and will run continuously through 8:30pm.

Saturday starting at 3pm (1st pickup @ Triada) and will run continuously through 11pm.
Can I bring my kids?
We love your kiddos! However, Villa Royale is a 21+ hotel, and for the wedding events, we are limiting children to immediate family. If not specified on your invitation we kindly ask that you make alternative plans for your kids the weekend of the wedding. The Villa Royale does allow small, well behaved dogs (that won't jump on Mara's white dress).
