Pride Festival is the same weekend as the wedding, so don't delay on booking your travel.
Our dream is to have a fun and intimate weekend with our closest friends and family - which is why we reserved the entire Villa Royale hotel exclusively for our guests! After being cooped up this last year, we hope that you treat this wedding like a true vacation. You’ll want to stay in Palm Springs at least two nights (Friday 11/5 + Saturday 11/6) but our plan is to arrive Thursday 11/4 and depart Monday 11/8, so if you can swing it, we’d love to spend more time with you! Discounted room rates at Villa Royale are available all 4 nights based on availability.
FLIGHTS.
Direct flights into Palm Springs International Airport (PSP) are expected to increase in cost due to the festival. We encourage you to book your tickets as soon as possible so you can lock in prices.

HOTEL.
Villa Royale is where all of the wedding festivities will be happening and we have reserved all 36 luxury villas just for our guests at discounted rates. Enjoy the benefit of running to your room to switch shoes from wedding to after party, and soak up the sun with the bride and groom during the day. We are liable for any unsold rooms, so we would greatly appreciate if you would consider staying on the property to help us fulfill our commitment.

FAQs
Can I bring my kids?
We love your kiddos! However, Villa Royale is a 21+ hotel, and for the wedding events, we are limiting children to immediate family. If not specified on your invitation we kindly ask that you make alternative plans for your kids the weekend of the wedding. Make it a romantic, mom and dad getaway!
COVID Guidelines?
This weekend has been planned with great care for the health and safety of our friends and family. We’re closely following state and federal health guidelines for COVID-19, and are optimistic about the world’s return to normalcy this Fall. The ceremony and reception will take place outdoors under the desert stars, but we appreciate all eligible guests prioritizing full vaccination before attending, to ensure a safe experience for everyone. If this is a concern for you, please contact Mara or Justin privately.
How do I get to the venue?
Villa Royale is just 6 minutes from Palm Springs Airport and located at 1620 S Indian Trail, just off of Highway 111 (get directions). There is limited neighborhood parking available, so we recommend Uber or Lyft for convenient door-to-door transportation.
What should I wear?
We kindly request cocktail attire for the wedding. Early November in Palm Springs is typically warm and sunny, so please be prepared for warmer temperatures until after sundown.
He should wear: A suit and tie. Feel free to opt for lighter or colorful suits, including linen.
She should wear: Cocktail dress, dressy suit, desert formal attire. We encourage fun colorful patterns for Palm Springs. Please note, the ceremony and reception are on a grass lawn, so appropriate shoes are recommended
